Every engagement targets the same outcomes: cutting wasted spend, reducing compliance and audit risk, and a defensible position at renewal. We also run knowledge-transfer workshops and aftercare to make sure the savings land.

Why choose LicenceSync instead of your reseller?

Why not just use a SAM tool?

SAM (Software Asset Management) tools can be valuable, and if you already run one, we work alongside it rather than replace it. Platforms like Flexera, Snow and ServiceNow provide ongoing discovery, entitlement reconciliation, usage reporting and governance.But a tool also needs licensing, implementation, maintenance and people to act on what it finds. Approaching a renewal, a focused in-and-out review is often faster and more cost-effective than buying and standing up another platform.We analyse your actual licence assignments and usage over the last six months: where users can move from E5 to E3 or F3, where paid features aren't being used, and where licences sit on leavers, duplicates, guests or dormant accounts. We turn that into a change plan timed to your renewal, so the saving lands on your invoice, not just a dashboard.Our review is independent and tool-agnostic. We don't sell Microsoft licences or tools directly, and our review fee is tied to the savings we find, so we're paid to cut your spend, not grow it. If you want ongoing monitoring afterwards, that's a separate, optional step, and we can bring in the right specialist partners and help take it forward as far as you'd like.

Can you help us manage Microsoft price increases?

Yes. Microsoft adjusts pricing periodically, and currency movements can push your renewal up before you've added a single user. We model your exposure ahead of time and advise on timing, agreement structure, eligible promotions and multi-year options such as CSP terms, so you can lock in a predictable position and avoid a surprise at renewal.Our advice always comes first and is based only on what's right for your budget. If you decide you'd like a quote, that only ever follows the optimisation and modelling, never before, and it's entirely optional.
